To check into the hotel you must have:

•   Passports of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
•   USSR citizen passports.
•   Birth certificates for persons under 14 years of age.
•   Passports identifying a citizen of the Russian Federation, outside the Russian Federation, for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation

A foreign passport is not included in the list of documents allowed for check-in.

Foreign citizens can check in if they have a passport from their country.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible for an additional fee. Guests can leave their luggage free of charge in the luggage storage if they have a late departure time and decided to walk around the city. Umbrellas are provided free of charge on rainy days.

If you are forced to cancel a reservation or make changes to it, you can easily do so by sending an e-mail. You have the right to change or cancel your reservation free of charge not later than 24 hours prior to your check-in day.

Reservations made on third-party sites are subject to change and cancellation on these sites.

If after checking into the room you notice that something is missing (for example, towels, toilet paper, coffee) or something does not work (for example, TV), contact the administrator by phone (phone number 100).

The "Europa" Hotel does not have separate rooms for allergy sufferers, therefore pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

For the same reason, all rooms are non-smoking.
