Effective from March 1, 2026, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
1. When do we provide a full refund?
We provide a full refund of the prepayment if you notify us of your cancellation before 00:00 (midnight) on the day of arrival.
Example:
If your arrival date is September 1, you may cancel free of charge until 00:00 on September 1 (the night between August 31 and September 1). In this case, 100% of the prepayment will be refunded.
2. If cancellation occurs on the day of arrival or later
If the reservation is cancelled after 00:00 on the day of arrival, or if you do not arrive and do not inform us in advance:
- we are entitled to retain the payment for the first night of stay;
- the remaining prepayment (if the booking was made for several nights) will be refunded.
We do not retain an amount exceeding the cost of one night.
3. How long is the room held in case of no-show?
If you do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and do not notify us of cancellation, the room will be held for you until 12:00 (check-out time) on the following day.
Example:
- Arrival date — September 1
- Check-in time — from 15:00
- Check-out time — 12:00
If you do not arrive on September 1, the room will remain reserved for you until 12:00 on September 2. After that time, the reservation will be cancelled as a no-show, and we are entitled to retain the cost of the first night only.
Important: Two different time limits
- Free cancellation deadline — until 00:00 on the day of arrival (full refund).
- Check-out time of the following day — until this time, the room is held in case of no-show.
These are two separate time limits with different legal consequences.
4. Early departure
You may terminate your stay at any time.
In this case:
- you are charged only for the services actually provided (the nights stayed);
- the cost of unused nights will be refunded.
Summary
- Cancellation before 00:00 on the day of arrival — full refund.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show — no more than the first night is charged.
- In case of no-show, the room is held until 12:00 the following day.
- In case of early departure, unused nights are refunded.
